Pelotonian Man

The mystery rider!

Pelotonia rider Cherie Nelson snapped this photo during the ride. And yes, it’s a totally cool homage to Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man, which he drew all the way back in 1484. I think he also drew the first bike, or maybe it was a helicopter, parachute or cappuccino machine.

And no, we don’t know who this arm belongs to. So, if it’s yours – let us know, and tell us the story behind your cool tattoo.

To start: I want to give my thoughts and prayers to Michelle’s family and friends.

    Michelle – ride on

A couple of years ago, this was the design on the TOSRV shirt.

I had wanted a tattoo for a long time, just couldn’t find one I thought I could live with forever.

I had started cycling again about 6 years ago, riding the Tour, etc. Saw the design, and realized that was something that really moved me.
Cycling has become my way of staying sane – If the day is getting to me, I can see the tattoo and know the next ride is coming – adrenaline and endorphins, gotta love ’em !!

    Stay safe out there.

  2. I think this is a logo for the TOSRV ride, it is on their homepage. I don’t know who it belongs to.
