Classes – Do We Have Classes For You!

Filed under: Pelotonia News, Safety, Training and Riding — The Blog @ 6:01 AM

A little nervous about riding 50 or 100 miles?

Don’t worry … we can help. And by we, I mean our friends and training experts at OSU Sports Medicine, who are holding several workshops for Pelotonia riders.

Here's Matt Briggs at work - helping someone with their bike fit

I attended the first physiological training and testing workshop at COSI – and it was really interesting.

Below is the list of classes – and they cover a lot of territory and are taught by experts. Best of all: no tests! If you have any questions or would like to register (all the classes are free – but parking is not at some of the facilities) contact Matt Briggs at matt.briggs@osumc.edu. Mention you read about them in The Rider – and they’re even free-er. Or is it free-est?
